Raw material will be firstly cut into 500mm length, then sent to the pre-washing set. After cleaned by steam, most of the clay pollutant will be divorced from the film and then sent to the crusher symmetrically. It will be crushed into Φ80mm pieces, and flow to the friction rinsing machine for the second washing. When the material passed this process, they will enter the braizing boiler which can sufficiently separate the oil pollution from the PE material and then flow to the separate precipitate tank. PE material will be continuously rinsed in this tank with the effect of roller. After that, it will be sent to the centrifuge by means of meshy conveyer. Material after centrifugal dewatering will enter into the pipe style dryer through blower. At last, it can be granulated through the extrusion pelletizer.
